摘要: Nano-sized clay minerals enhance the viscosity of aqueous fluids that have increased due to presence viscoelastic surfactants (VESs). In one non-limiting theory, nano-sized phyllosilicate mineral enhancers associate, link, connect, or relate VES elongated micelles into associations thereby increasing fluid, possibly by mechanisms involving chemisorption surface charge attractions. The particles, also called nanoparticles, may irregular charges. higher fluid is beneficial crack formation rock during a fracturing operation, reduce leakoff, and carry high loading proppants maintain conductivity fractures.
