摘要: Many operations in power grids, such as fault detection and event location estimation, depend on precise timing information. In this paper, a novel time stamp attack (TSA) is proposed to the information smart grid. Since many applications grid utilize synchronous measurements most of measurement devices are equipped with global positioning system (GPS) for timing, it highly probable by spoofing GPS. The effectiveness TSA demonstrated three phasor unit (PMU) grid, namely transmission line detection, voltage stability monitoring locationing.
