摘要: Radiation therapy plays a crucial role in the management of breast cancer. However, current standards care have yet to accommodate patient-specific radiation sensitivity. Raman spectroscopy is promising for applications radiobiological studies and as technique personalized oncology, since it can detect spectral changes irradiated tissues. In this study, we used established spectroscopic approaches investigate biochemical nature temporal evolution human adenocarcinoma xenografts after vivo irradiation. Spectral alterations related cell cycle variations with dose were identified tumors treated using range single-fraction ionizing doses. Additional dose-dependent linked specific proteins, nucleic acids lipids also clear expression these signatures. This study reveals distinct shifts spectra irradiation xenografts, emphasizing significance assessing tumor response during therapy.
