摘要: IN PREVIOUS publications the name periodic disease was proposed to cover an assortment of disorders unknown cause which have in common regular short episodes recurring over many years without affecting general health.1They were named according their outstanding clinical feature, respectively, as fever, abdominalgia, arthralgia, and neutropenia. Certain cases anaphylactoid (Schonlein-Henoch) purpura angioneurotic (Quincke's) edema included scheme with new names edema, but place paralysis, cyclic vomiting children, others uncertain. After a review subject published,2new kinds already described, some them unusual features, examples other recurrent came my attention. They gathered by correspondence physicians, from published reports journals, Queries Minor Notes column
