摘要: The zebrafish (Danio rerio) possesses a vertebrate-type retina that is extraordinarily conserved in evolution. This well-organized and anatomically easily accessible part of the central nervous system has been widely investigated zebrafish, promoting general understanding retinal development, morphology, function associated diseases. Over recent years, genome protein engineering as well imaging techniques have experienced revolutionary advances innovations, creating new possibilities methods to study development function. In this review, we focus on some these emerging technologies how they may impact research future. We place an emphasis genetic techniques, such transgenic approaches revolutionizing editing.
