摘要: KRAS mutation is frequently identified in advanced colorectal carcinoma (CRC); however, its prognostic significance and the associated histological features have remained to be clarified. In present study, precise results value of KRAS-mutated CRCs were investigated patients from South Korea. A retrospective review testing, as well evaluation histology 310 cases CRC at various stages, performed. Cross-tabulation survival analysis performed according status. Patients with more exhibited serrated papillary architectures (P=0.009 P=0.014, respectively). was an independent unfavorable factor for overall (OS) multivariate (P=0.001), whereas no association observed disease-free (DFS) (P=0.611). Of note, subgroup carcinomas, presence a solid component on less favorable OS (P=0.032). Furthermore, among wild type cases, micropapillary had worse than those who did not (P=0.018). However, or specific DFS. summary, moderate particular features, mutational status, there certain degree between prognosis.
