摘要: SUMMARY This paper tackles the need for universities and practitioners to train their students engineers in new challenges that global software development entails, which are principally related communication, collaboration cultural differences. Teaching necessary skills requires practical experience. However, training educational environments is difficult, some challenging issues must still be confronted. We have focused our work on of a virtual environment can simulate scenarios involving agents (VAs) from different cultures. The VAs interact with learners, who use typical communication tools solve predefined problems. This considers common problems caused by distance differences when using English as means communication. It allows learners at any time, because always available, it also permits them play roles various stages project. In this paper, we depict design tool, well an initial evaluation.
