摘要: Abstract The dielectric and pyroelectric properties of PMN–PZT ferroceramics in the area below temperature a maximum permittivity ( T m ) were investigated. It is detected that transition from ferroelectric phase into dipole-glass coincides exactly with repolarization currents. reasons for appearance currents correlation are considered.
