摘要: ABSTRACT In this paper the nature of diversity that exists with regard to food consumption in Free State Province is investigated. Furthermore, also investigates factors (quality attributes and household characteristics) differentiating these market segments from one another. Four separate steps were followed an integrated manner investigation. Firstly, a representative sample was drawn for consumers. Households are then segmented into smaller submarkets. The second step involved use principal component analysis correct strong prevalent underlying structure respect preferences. final step, binary logit model applied analyse determinants segments’ consumption.
