摘要: An animal model for pigbel in man was developed using guinea-pigs. Intragastric dosing with growing cultures of Clostridium welchii Type C only produced necrotic lesions if protease inhibitors were given as well. beta toxin, which is made by the organism, causes intestinal damage and very easily destroyed proteases. Protease soybean aprotinin effectively inducing disease animals on a normal diet, while sweet potato, inhibit trypsin, effective low-protein diet. In experiments intragastric dosing, those where toxic filtrates injected directly into jejunum, could be protected an excess pancreatic enzymes or active passive immunization against toxin. The pathology off necrotizing enteritis guinea-pigs had macroscopic microscopic features man. These suggested basic importance diet dietary trypsin pathogenesis
