摘要: For 150 years, the variable clinical appearance of dural sinus thrombosis has plagued clinicians. Computed tomography (CT) alleviated much difficulty in making this diagnosis. A high density lesion involved on precontrast scans and a filling defect postcontrast were most frequently observed CT abnormalities 12 patients with thrombosis. Other findings include "cord" sign diffuse cerebral edema. Thrombosis superior sagittal sinus, transverse or sigmoid can occur as an isolated event association other disease entities may cause no neurologic impairment.
