摘要: Background/aim Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1 (ALDH1) is known as a breast cancer stem cell (CSC) marker. This study aimed to identify genes associated with ALDH1. Materials and methods ALDH1-positive -negative cells were isolated using laser capture microdissection from five tissue samples of patients. Messenger RNA expression levels compared between cells. Results We found 104 differentially expressed Gene ontology pathway analysis revealed that these correlated CSC functions pathways. Network analyses identified 10 closely validated utilizing The Cancer Genome Atlas the Molecular Taxonomy Breast International Consortium cohort, they ALDH1 Wnt signaling. Conclusion we could be potential targets for therapy cancer.
