摘要: Abstract The mass spectra of some trimethylsilyl ethers di- and trisaccharides show that the sequence monosaccharide units, position glycoside bonds other details structure can be elucidated by this method. Mass spectrometry is insensitive to stereochemistry oligosaccharides. fragmentation patterns compounds investigated have been discussed.
