摘要: This paper presents a performance comparison study performed on four photovoltaic modules. Three silicon technologies are concerned: one monocrystalline module, two polycrystalline modules and module of tandem structure (amorphous/microcrystalline) also known as micromorph module. The I–V data meteorological have been measured during year using an outdoor monitoring test facility named “IV bench”. set up is installed at Ouagadougou (Latitude 12.45° North, Longitude 1.56° West) in Sudano Sahelian climate. actual maximum power, the average ratios, series resistances power temperature coefficient tested determined from measurements used for study. all has stabilized conditions before analysis. results show that best selected site, with ratio 92%. same manufacturer, both 84%. second another strangely lowest (80%) due to its large resistance high operating conditions.
