Building an Empirically Founded Dialogue System

摘要: The major aim in our project is to enable flexible dialogue management for intuitive spatial communication. This requires the dynamic negotiation of reference frames, perspectives and discourse strategies. Speakers manage such by fine-scale selection alignment linguistic forms sensitive history, user-group defined norms, context. Such mechanisms are empirically derived implemented within system natural interaction spatiallyembedded tasks. In an iterative cyclic approach, we combine empirical methods discourse-analytic psycholinguistic investigation domain with formal modelling specification implementation a system.
