摘要: In present study, the substrate kallar grass (Leptochloa fusca) was treated with alkali to explore its best possible use as a cheap for bio-fuel production. beginning, physically processed soaked in various concentrations of NaOH (0.5% 3%) different soaking times (30min 48h). The results showed that cellulose contents and delignification increased increase concentration time. However, maximum content (40.17%) observed 2.5% after 24 h period. physiochemical pretreatment, 2h alkaline solution having (0.5 % thereafter autoclaved at 121°C 20 60min.
