摘要: The nanocarrier capabilities of atomically smooth two-dimensional sheets a biantennary oligoglycine peptide C8H16(−CH2–NH–Gly5)2 (also called tectomers) are demonstrated. We show that the pH-controlled, rapid, and reversible assembly disassembly can be effectively used for controlled loading release anticancer drug fluorescent probe coralyne. calculated partition coefficient in water is same order magnitude or higher when compared to other nanocarriers such as liposomes micelles, signifying tectomer’s impressive capabilities. Moreover, guest molecules tectomers facilitates protection from rapid photochemically induced degradation. Such efficient, pH-sensitive, stable, biocompatible extremely attractive biosensing, therapeutic, theranostic applications. Additionally, our results suggest these planar self-assembled materials also act phase-transfer vehicles hydrophobic cargo...
