摘要: Abstract We present the study of anchoring carboxylic groups on SiO2 nanoparticles from different approximations based photochemical radical thiol-ene addition (PRTEA) reaction: a photografting approach between mercaptosuccinic acid (MSA) and vinyl-modified post-grafting surface silica colloids silane precursor 2-((2-(trimethoxysilyl)ethyl)thio)succinic (TMSMSA), obtained PRTEA. These synthetic strategies were compared with widely common derivatization methodology nucleophilic attack surface-anchored amino succinic anhydride. The successful functionalization colloidal was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), zeta potential at pH contact angle measurements. found that although these three approaches valid for −COOH immobilization, they had noticeable impact dispersability agglomeration suspension end synthesis. Scanning electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering (DLS) fluorescence correlation (FCS) measurements indicated PRTEA MSA resulted in highly dispersed particles. On other hand, presence beneficial redispersion material after lyophilization or freeze-drying procedures.
