摘要: Nanoparticles have been increasingly used as sensors for several organic and inorganic analytes. In this work, we report a study on the synthesis of novel highly fluorescent l-Tyr capped silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) their use determination metal ions. The AgNPs characterized by TEM, UV–Vis Photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy dynamic light scattering (DLS) measurements quantitative Co(II) Cu(II) AgNPs, α-amino α-carboxyl groups surface-confined amino acid can coordinate entitled ions, giving rise to decrease surface plasmon absorption, that is linearly correlated with ions concentrations. addition solutions also induces paramagnetic quenching fluorescence in PL spectra related Stern Volmer plots highlight linear correlation over whole concentration range both more pronounced effect copper(II) ion.
