摘要: The value of Luffa acutangula, a species the melon family, Curcubitaceae as food diminished fruit matured. They are then disposed industrial or domestic waste material. However, fibers matured fruits, also known lignocelluloses have high mechanical strength and can be used reinforcing fillers for polymers. In this present study, treated untreated acutangula were loaded polypropylene (PP) at 1%, 3% 5% loading. PP fiber composites with alkali-treated showed lower tensile impact compared to fibers. Thermal analysis that deprived lignin content in fiber. This led properties luffa-filled its counterpart. Increasing loading composites, increased but decreased PP. is accordance removal component upon alkali treatment which acts strengthening well energy absorption
