摘要: A new inachoidid genus Paulita n. gen. is established for Paradasygyius tuberculatus (Lemos de Castro, 1949), from thewestern Atlantic. tuberculata 1949) comb. differs depressus (Bell,1835), the eastern Pacific, type species and only remaining of Garth, 1958, by a numberof characters mainly related to carapace, thoracic sternum, abdomen, first gonopod. shares di-agnostic Inachoididae Dana, 1851, in particular latero-external parts pleurites 5–8 that extend beyondeach side carapace are calcified ornamented like resulting insertion intoa setting gutter. Stenorhynchus Lamarck, 1818, transferred Inachidae Inachoididae, subfamily Steno-rhynchinae resurrected. now consists at least two subfamilies: Inachoidinae 1851,and Stenorhynchinae, whereas status Salaciinae H. Milne Edwards & Lucas, 1842, remains uncertain. The ofseveral other American genera traditionally included discussed, leading recognition followingsubfamilies besides Inachinae emend.: Podochelinae Neumann, 1878, which here resurrected, Anomalopodinae Stimpson, 1871, perhaps also Eucinetopinae Stevcic, 2005.
