摘要: Over the 5-year period (2000–2004), a significantly higher β-glucan content was detected in waxy varieties Washonubet, Wabet, and Wanubet (6.8–7.6%) lines formed by crossing these with malting (5.8–7.1%). Conversely, non-waxy hulled malting-type Kompakt (4.0%) Krona (4.3%) had lower contents of β-glucan. The observations also showed that concentrations β-glucans 2000–2004 were affected not only varieties, but environmental conditions growing periods interactions two factors. Higher precipitation during flowering time grain filling temperatures 2002 negative effects on concentration β-glucans. drier warmer weather 2003 enhanced results show it is possible to increase spring barley implementing selective breeding practices. Compared parental mean F4–F8 generations increased 1.8 2.0% recombination × Wabet Krona, respectively. Significant effect their indicated necessity assess standard qualities as food material.
