摘要: We have investigated modulation of the effective damping constant αeff via spin currents through Hall effect for Permalloy/Pt bilayer films with various thicknesses. The observed linear and sinusoidal dependences current density field direction on are in agreement analytical model. By comparing thickness dependence angle obtained from that previously by spin-torque-induced ferromagnetic resonance, we show there is no clear extrinsic contribution present method. also large (down to ∼20%) high-current-density region.
