摘要: Phosphorus is an essential mineral for all living organisms and a limited resource worldwide. Variation heritability of phosphorus utilization (PU) traits were observed, indicating the general possibility improvement. Molecular mechanisms PU, including host microbial effects, are still poorly understood. The most promising molecules that interact between microbiome microRNAs. Japanese quail representing extremes PU selected from F2 population miRNA profiling ileal tissue subsequent association with mRNA data same animals. Sixty-nine differentially expressed miRNAs found, 21 novel 48 known miRNAs. Combining mRNAs based on correlated expression target prediction revealed enrichment transcripts in functional pathways involved phosphate or bone metabolism such as RAN, estrogen receptor Wnt signaling, immune pathways. Out 55 genera microbiota, seven found to be abundant groups. study reveals molecular interactions occurring gut which represent miRNA-16-5p, miR-142b-5p, miR-148a-3p, CTDSP1, SMAD3, IGSF10, Bacteroides, Alistipes key indicators due their trait-dependent differential occurrence hub-members network drivers PU.
