摘要: Theoretical calculations have been performed to obtain microdosimetrical characteristics for protons in energy range from 40 200 MeV. This is a representative of proton energies tissue during radiation therapy and it also represents large portion the fluency South Atlantic Anomaly. Distributions deposited calculated using Monte Carlo track structure code TRIOL own-made programs were compared with experimental data obtained spherical tissue-equivalent proportional counter. A good agreement between experimentally microdosimetry spectra has found.
