摘要: Astrocytes have recently been shown to be essential participants in the control of cerebral blood flow (CBF) through their prominent vessel diameter. Although unique close relationship astrocytes with vessels has long recognized it is only within last few years that evidence how might translate information vasculature on activity level and energy demands neurons. These findings suggest are key players system for delivery clearance molecules important brain function.
