摘要: Children with hypoxic-ischemic injury (HII) or encephalopathy (HIE) can have acute clinical problems, such as seizures, respiratory distress, rapid deterioriation of consciousness. However, presentation is commonly delayed. Neurological deficits might only become obvious months years following the event.
