摘要: Contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) represents a significant breakthrough in sonography and it is being increasingly used for the evaluation of focal liver lesions (FLLs). The unique feature CEUS non-invasively assessing real-time perfusion throughout vascular phase has led to dramatic improvement diagnostic accuracy US either detection or characterization FLLs, as well guidance response therapeutic procedures. Currently, included part suggested work-up resulting better patient management cost-effective therapy delivering. After brief description basis different techniques, contrast-enhancement patterns types benign malignant among hepatic pseudolesions, will be described discussed on our experience literature data. At same time, most recent concepts use clinical settings presented.
