摘要: A major issue facing the Stirling Engine Heat Pump is system cost, and, in particular, cost of External System (EHS). The need for high temperature at heater head (600{degree}C to 700{degree}C) results low combustion efficiencies unless efficient heat recovery employed. balance between energy efficiency and use costly materials critical design optimization. Blower power consumption NO{sub x} emissions are also important. new approach optimization EHS was taken by viewing from a natural gas-fired appliance perspective. To develop acceptable gas industry requirements, American National Standards Institute (ANSI) code considerations were incorporated into process material selections. parametric engineering model developed perform analysis, including impact on emissions. Analysis recommended choices given.
