摘要: Suicide is an important public problem. Understanding the neurobiological mechanisms of suicidal behavior in depression will facilitate development more effective prevention strategies for suicide. There are several reviews imaging studies behavior, but none these have focused only on suicide depression. We reviewed neuroimaging recent years. The majority found structural and functional alterations orbital frontal cortex, anterior cingulate cortex striatum depressive patients with behaviors. evidence suggests that frontal-striatal circuitry, which includes striatum, cortices, involved neurobiology patients. These findings also indicate not all suicides same underlying neuropathology. Future require larger samples accurate subtypes Furthermore, combining other new technologies molecular biology be helpful to reveal pathogenesis
