摘要: Abstract 1. The patient population consisting of fifteen patients was divided into three groups, namely: diazepam group, phenobarbital group and placebo group. After weeks the medicated groups were switched to for a week given phenobarbital. 2. parameters be assessed once comprised frequency-analyzed EEG recordings, performance in two attention tests subjectively estimated mood modalities. 3. analysis suggested that patterns: a) drug-dependent, with differential distribution each drug four frequency bands analyzed; b) showed no change during three-week treatment period; c) changed on cessation medication or switch from active medication; d) task-dependent systematic way level activation (stress, vigilance relaxation). 4. results would allow better understanding clinical course, choice therapeutic measures underlying mechanisms action.
