摘要: This article assesses the Fair Trade pricing model for coffee, investigating ability of minimum prices and a social premium to reduce price risk remedy inequalities. It highlights some challenges involved in controlling prices. Inequalities exist among Trade-certified farmers; are poorer than others, ones typically produce less coffee.
