摘要: To most individuals, the concept of fitness tends to conjure up mental images physical attributes such as muscular definition or low bodyweight. However, while (e.g., body weight, adiposity) is an important component overall health, there are many “unseen” physiological and biological alterations human that have a far-reaching impact on health wellness. Over years, been studies investigating implications, benefits, consequences [1]. There number adaptations, which occur with increasing aptitude in fitness. These adaptations include, but not limited to, greater cardiorespiratory capacity/efficiency, denser bone structure, higher basal metabolic rates, lower levels adiposity [2–4]. Furthermore, each adaptation linked improved mortality reduced risk acute chronic illnesses. though mostly beneficial, these unseen changes may be so varied depending individual they can cause challenges for healthcare providers [5, 6]. Prevention management disease, well therapeutic dosing, directly affected by level individual. Therefore, defining status at molecular level, just determining parameters fitness, should result better enhanced well-being For example, although dosing is, general, determined based total weight individual, demonstrated more physically fit lean mass less adiposity, clear pharmaceuticals faster than sedentary individuals same [7, 8]. Dosage decision making tailored individual's need future taking into account his/her level. In regard, availability markers allow precise compared traditional method basing it weight. The ability rapidly determine through screening methods, has implications different fields, those ranging from [2, 5, 6, 9] athletics [3] military [10, 11]. this end, necessary discover investigate robust, observed either elevated lowered after short prolonged exercise(s) regimes during periods, accurate indicators lifestyle will also develop point-of-care devices corresponding analytical methods make analysis simple cost effective possible. The aim article provide information guides selection, detection, usage
