摘要: Twenty-three patients with intermittent claudication were submitted to physical training during 4-6 months. Eleven other served as a control group and given placebo tablets the same period. The aim of investigation was study influence on blood flow conditions in calf. effect treatment walking tolerance, calf flow, resistance, systolic pressure graident between systemic circulation vascular bed studied. Half year after end period reexamined. tolerance increased both groups but more trained group. increase even caused by fact that began train some extent. In neither maximal changed significantly compared pretreatment values. showed an increasing trend fo 4 months goupr (2p greater than 0.10). resistance at dilatation did not change initial values any groups, there significant difference 0.05) two decrease changes related tolerance. had decreased no groups. gradient unchanged comparison statistically differences small observed cannot be only factor explaining well known improvement However, may cause redistribution working muscle.
