摘要: We studied insulin receptor binding and carbohydrate metabolism in 10 patients with severe hyperprolactinaemia compared the findings those obtained 20 healthy control subjects. Insulin to monocytes erythrocytes was significantly decreased an excess of prolactin. Scatchard analysis data indicated that a decrease number receptors rather than affinity seems be prevailing cause lowered hyperprolactinaemic patients. Furthermore, demonstrated elevated blood glucose levels following oral or intravenous load despite having increased after administration. The infusion induced delayed hypoglycaemic effect inhibition endogenous secretion, as by suppression C-peptide present indicate is associated insulin-resistant state, which caused, at least part, down-regulation receptors.
