摘要: Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) is a multifactorial disorder with more questions than answers. In past years, research has mainly focused on 5 areas: genetic factors, neurological mechanism dysfunction, hormone/metabolic skeletal growth abnormalities, and biomechanical factors. As adolescents any known functional or structural in the somatosensory pathway are susceptible to during healthy adolescents, it possible that subclinical impairment may be associated AIS.
