摘要: In mitochondria, the machinery for oxidative phosphorylation is contained in inner membrane, which composed of approximately 70% protein and 30% lipid. Systematic fractionation membrane preparations from bovine heart mitochondria showed 1961 that mitochondrial electron transport system could be fragmented into four protein-lipid enzyme systems with following catalytic properties: I. NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase II. Succinate:ubiquinone oxidoreductase III. Reduced ubiquinone:ferricytochrome c oxidoreductase IV. Ferrocytochrome c:oxygen oxidoreductase
