摘要: Methods and apparatus provide automated controls for a respiratory pressure therapy device, such as servo-ventilator. For example, controller of device may control application support ventilation to an airway patient. The the auto-titrate expiratory positive (EPAP) so maintain patency EPAP be bounded below by floor limit. repeatedly adjust limit depending on events interest during auto-titration EPAP. Such methodologies improve treatment patients those suffering from sleep disordered breathing-comorbid hyperarousal disorders.
