摘要: The blue-green algae represent a unique stage in the evolution of plant life. cyanophyta are clearly procaryotic organisms and so they might well be called bacteria. However only procaryotes able to produce oxygen from water their photosynthetic activity is like that higher plants (Krogmann, 1973). Before making any generalizations about algal photosynthesis it important note there between one two thousand species very few have been examined laboratory. taxonomy these not at all clear since morphology simple physiology difficult. Thus as yet no choice for best use studying nor assurance organism would representative blue-greens. At present results should attributed which obtained even then further qualified may limited particular strain, culture or set growth conditions. One tempted conclude some contained ferredoxin prior observation this protein disappears promptly iron deficient cells. ease extraction given enzyme vary greatly depending on recognized properties membrane. Presently appears plastocyanin can isolated blue-greens but due either absence proper gene difficulties confound isolation procedure.
