摘要: Limnology is one of the most important disciplines hydrology. It studies inland waters and all other standing (natural or artificial), including hydrologic phenomena, physical chemical, in relation to environment (chemism, thermals, dynamics, development capabilities flora fauna associations, etc.), as well way they are valorized by man. From a historical point view, limnology only approximately century old founder considered be Francois A. Forel from University Lausanne (Switzerland). very make clear distinction between similar terms, such “lake” “pool” define terminology. Out grand total 1 million lakes, distributed around world, Romania, there currently about 3,450 lakes. There many types lakes numerous classifications based on several factors, as: origin lacustrine basin, hydric regime, thermal mineralization degree, trophic potential, geographic position, nature vs. anthropic). The anthropic category devised into smaller types, depending size (the amount water reservoir), purpose (hydro-energetic, drinking industrial supply, irrigations, pisciculture, recreation, balneotherapeutic, residue cleaning, wet concentration, etc.). Red Lake natural dam lake, which was formed after huge landslide blocked Bicaz Valley 1837. Here, objective emblematic, because it well-known barrage lake Romania.
