摘要: miR-126 is an endothelial-specific microRNA essential for maintaining vessel integrity during development. Its role of tumor angiogenesis in cancer stroma unclear. This study investigated the temporal and spatial expression course cervical carcinogenesis. was found to be mainly expressed stromal endothelium uterine cervix. downregulation recapitulated a cell coculture model, wherein cross talk cells fibroblasts induced human umbilical vein endothelial cells, with consequent increase tube formation. Coinjection cancer-associated cervix enhanced tumorigenesis microvessel density dye retention vasculature. In association angiogenesis, host-originated these xenograft tumors progressively downregulated, whereas supplement precursor coinjection suppressed growth. A proangiogenic gene adrenomedullin (ADM), which upregulated localized blood lymphatic vessels, identified as target inhibition by at carcinoma situ-to-invasion stage. The suggests repression upregulation ADM, probably other factors, facilitate invasion growth cancer.
