摘要: Response and survival were analyzed in 97 patients with NLPD (Nodular Lymphocytic Poorly Differentiated Lymphoma) 77 DLPD (Diffuse Differentiated) treated by intensive versus moderate chemotherapy regimens. The complete overall response rate of 47% 81% was significantly superior to 25% 59% obtained DLPD. estimated two year 83% also survivorship (p less than .001). responsiveness had a favorable effect on survivals 84% for CR, 58% PR 17% PD. In the striking (CR 91%, 85%, PD 72% surviving years). data, our opinion, confirm rationale use aggressive multiple agent regimens where achievement compelte appears be single most important factor improving survivorship. On other hand NLPD, excellent rates which appear only partially dependent might serve as an ideal model intensity or trials.
