摘要: Chiral structures exhibit strong interactions with circularly polarized light, and have been demonstrated to show many polarization-dependent properties. Various chiral some level of circular dichroism, where right-handed left-handed waves experience different transmission. In this study, we use a dielectric helix array as model system examine the light helical structures. Our results that polarization band gaps can be formed in not only by having same handedness structure but also opposite handedness, resulting from additional motifs induced arrangement helices. Dual thus tailored varying geometrical parameters, circular-polarization dependent properties manipulated for optoelectronic devices applications.
