Study on the magnetization reversal process in a magnetic nanowire and a magnetic dot observed by magnetic field sweeping magnetic force microscopy measurements (invited)

摘要: We have studied the details of magnetization reversal process in Ni–Fe nanowires and dots using magnetic field sweeping (MFS)-magnetic force microscopy (MFM). All points within nanowire dot show important changes phase (changes stray field) including a hysteresis loop, decrease an increase phase, as is varied. From these results, it demonstrated that domain wall motion dominates 10-nm-thick with widths between 100 1000nm. It also nucleation, movement, annihilation vortex core can be directly observed 40-nm-thick circular diameters 200 800nm.
