摘要: This paper presents the formulation of a triangular finite element with an embedded interface, designed for simulation discrete crack propagation processes. The is developed within displacement-based framework. Linear interpolation displacement discontinuities along internal interface assumed in order to ensure compatibility across inter-element boundaries. proper representation rigid body motions and solvability discretised version mechanical problem point are specifically addressed. Finally, performance illustrated through comparison some alternative proposals.
