摘要: Liquid phase sintering is a consolidation technique of powder compacts containing more than one component at temperature above the solidus components and hence, in presence liquid. The microstructure change during liquid fast because material transport through typical densification curve with time similar to that solid state sintering. A considerable usually occurs heating temperature; initial strongly affected by stage. When activated occurs, 90% relative density can be achieved conventional temperature. As forms mixture compact, flows into fine capillaries capillary pressure difference between coarse channels particles. particles redistributed this flow, models, phenomenon referred as particle rearrangement.
