摘要: Biomineralization is an extremely efficient biologically guided process towards the advancement of nano-bio integrated materials. As a prime module natural world, enzymes are expected to play major role in biogenic growth inorganic nanostructures. Although there have been developments designing enzyme-responsive nanoparticle systems or generation nanostructures enzyme-stimulated environment, reports regarding action as reducing agents themselves for nanoparticles still remains elusive. Here we present mechanistic investigation synthesis metal and metallic alloy using commonly investigated enzyme, Jack bean urease (JBU), well stabilizing agent under physiological conditions. The catalytic functionality was taken advantage development metal-ZnO core-shell nanocomposites, making ideal bionanoreactor synthesizing higher order such alloys core- shell ambient
