摘要: Between October 1983 and August 1991, 29 consecutive Damus-Stansel-Kaye procedures were performed. Indications for operation included restrictive bulboventricular foramen or subaortic stenosis associated with complex univentricular congenital heart disease (25) Taussig-Bing heart, stenosis, both biventricular (4). Twelve patients underwent concurrent Fontan procedures. Average age at was 39.8 months (range, 1 to 132 months). outflow tract gradient 28 mm Hg dynamic 80 Hg). Of the patients, 23 male 6 female. There three early deaths (10%), two in who had a procedure. Although there trend toward lower higher gradients nonsurvivors, these other factors not statistically significant predictors of death. Actuarial freedom from cardiac-related death 88% 5 years (n = 7). In mean follow-up 3.5 0.1 7.7 years), 3 have required reoperation 2 aortic valve insufficiency (5 days 2.75 years) across anastomosis (5.75 years). related failed procedure 90% 4 75%
