摘要: Ginkgo biloba (Ginkgoaceae), commonly known as "ginkgo", is called a living fossil, and it has been cultivated early in human history for various uses traditional medicine source of food. As part ongoing research to explore the chemical diversity biologically active compounds from natural resources, two new coumaric acid-aliphatic alcohol hybrids, ginkwanghols A (1) B (2) were isolated leaves G. biloba. The hybrids products have rarely reported. structures determined by extensive NMR spectroscopic analysis, HRESI-MS, quantum ECD calculations, comparing experimental HRESI-MS/MS spectrum chemically transformed compound 1a with predicted spectra proposed CFM-ID 3.0, software tool MS/MS spectral prediction MS-based identification. Ginkwanghols increased alkaline phosphatase (ALP) production C3H10T1/2, mouse mesenchymal stem cell line, dose-dependent manner. In addition, mediated promotion osteogenic differentiation indicated induction mRNA expression markers ALP osteopontin (OPN).
