摘要: Die akute Hepatitis, das Leberversagen, aber v. a. die akuten Komplikationen einer Leberzirrhose stellen den Notfallmediziner immer wieder vor Herausforderungen, denn fruhzeitige Diagnose und Einleitung Ersttherapie bestimmen ganz entscheidend Prognose der Patienten. Es werden Notfallmanagement deren differenzialdiagnostisches Spektrum von asymptomatischen vorubergehenden Transaminasenerhohung bis hin zum (relativ seltenen) Leberversagen reicht, sowie Erstmasnahmen bei dekompensierten (Osophagusvarizenblutung, Aszites, spontane bakterielle Peritonitis, Enzephalopathie) in Notaufnahme dargestellt.
